Nobody likes to have to evict a tenant, but sometimes it is necessary in order to protect your investment. For the eviction to be legally valid, there is a strict process which involves providing a series of notices which must be followed. Failure to do so could result in the eviction being invalid and/or long court proceedings. While we have executed many successful evictions in the past, we'll only do so as a last resort. If possible, we will recommend a solution which will be more cost effective and have the tenant move out of the property faster. For example, if we know that an eviction will cost $5,000, we may offer the tenant $1,000 to move out within 30 days.
